Staycation 3: Mimi & Opa in Tulsa!

Mimi and Opa visited last month, and we had a blast! We've really loved our staycations this summer... Out of town guests have definitely encouraged us to explore our new city.

We had so much fun hanging out with family and friends while they were here, and we also had a chance to explore the *new* Tulsa downtown.

I absolutely love this photo, which was taken in the Blue Dome district after we had dinner at El Guapo's one night... The colors are fantastic.

We had a great time at El Guapo's, but to be honest, Ryan and I both liked the food even better on a subsequent trip. The Carne Asada Tacos El Guapo are fantastic (but SUPER spicy) and pair well with a marg (duh).

Jett was completely spoiled while they were here (naturally). Mimi & Opa brought him a Red Bull racing shirt all the way from Europe! How special! :)

As always, we had a great time with Mimi and Opa... We can't wait for them to come back!! :)
