My neck! My back! My neck and my back!

So, I’m totally having new mommy back problems. At least that’s what I’m chalking then up to since my back seems to have been hurting since Jett was born.



This week I decided to take some steps to hopefully help… Stretching in the morning and evening, better posture, reconfiguring my desk set-up at work…



What else can I do? I’d love to get a massage, and I know many people have great luck with chiropractors… I figured if try some simple (free) things first…
