Skyfall

After a year of absence from the movie theater (We've been busy!), Ryan and I made our big return last night. And I'm so glad we did, because Skyfall is not to miss! Srsly.

I love Bond movies in general, and this latest installment might be one of my top three. I just love how they seem to always stay tue to the Bond legacy without going over the top with cheese. Classic yet fresh. The movie delivers the requisite action-packed chase/fight scenes, but also reels you in with its captivating (and, at times, tender) story. So go see it.

Also, I'm happy to report that I scored the tickets for free... I just hopped on the fandango.com site, scrolled to the bottom and clicked on the "offers" link, and signed up for the Blockbuster subscription service. Easy peasy. And I can cancel the service if I choose, but I'm going to give it a whirl... I've been wanting to watch movies lately, but seem to always decide after a trip to Redbox isn't feasible. So this might be a great option!
