It brings me so much joy to walk into Jett's room and see him looking at (or "reading") one of his books! A couple days ago, I decided that it was time to start on a reading nook in his new room... I've started simply, with just a (fabulous) pouf (made by Aunt Linny!) next to his bookshelf.
This is just the beginning, though... I'm thinking we might need to move the nook into the closet, and make a cozy little space for him to dive into stories of dinosaurs. And pirates. And Elmo, of course.
