I'm thinking she needs a circa-1950's housewife name, because she's *that* good.
Ryan and I had used the same little Dirt Devil vacuum for years... And while it worked fairly well, its age was starting to show (like, the wheels had fallen off a couple years ago, making it quite difficult to maneuver).
So, when I received an amazon.com gift card recently, I realized what I'd put part of it towards (along with a few Kindle books and old-fashioned physical books, too!)... A new vacuum!
I wanted to make a good choice, since our vacuum replacement cycle seems to be seven years or so. So, I did a little research (thanks, Young House Love!), read some reviews and chose this beauty:
It's called BISSELL Cleanview Helix Upright Vacuum Cleaner, Bagless, 82H1, and so far so good!
It seemed to be the best vacuum at the price point, and it comes with a hose and attachments, which are always an added bonus. Oh! And it's great on any kind of floor... from tile to carpet.
So yeah... I definitely recommend it if you're in the market for a new vacuum.
