Just wanted to share with y'all another yummy DALS recipe! This one is for a pizza with sausage and ricotta, and I don't think it's posted online (sorry!). So, if you have the book (GET IT!), it's on page 272.
If you don't have the book, though, here's an easy way to make a similar pizza: Preheat oven for whatever type of crust you're using (Props for using homemade, but I used one of those Boboli-type crusts - so easy!); Brown 1/2 lb. of Italian sausage; Top crust with pizza sauce (Again, props for using homemade but I used store-bought.), mozzarella, sausage, dollops of ricotta and a handful of grated parmesan; Bake using pizza crust instructions; Enjoy!
