Yum! Chicken asparagus roll-ups!
So… You know that I’m all about easy recipes these days, and while I didn’t technically make this one (thanks Linny!!), it seemed fairly easy and was oh so delicious. As a matter of fact, I can’t stop thinking about how good it was! Linny made it for us on Easter sunday, and it had all the makings of a Sunday dinner… So yummy and homemade. The simplicity of the recipe would make it a go-to for any day of the week, though. It seemed like the most labor-intensive part of the instructions was the tenderizing of the chicken - she had this ready to go in the oven in no time!
