On Wednesday, a few friends came over to carve pumpkins... So fun!
I'm not sure why we've never done it before... It's such a simple concept, yet so festive and fun.
Ryan grilled some burgers, which paired perfectly with some seasonal pumpkin beer. Then we got down to business with the carving. We only had one rotten pumpkin out of the bunch, but it still made for a cute (albeit a little stinky) jack-o-lantern.
Jett thought all of this was quite funny... He especially liked the part where he got to touch the inside of the pumpkin (which was right before he snuck a seed in his mouth)!
So, grab some friends, pumpkins, snacks and drinks and DO IT! You still have a few days until Halloween!
