Holidays!

First of all... A friend and I have been discussing the appropriate time to start listening to Christmas music. Thoughts? I believe it's Thanksgiving. And December 1st is the appropriate date to begin decorating. But that's just me.

I'm starting to feel the excitement of the upcoming season... I just completed a couple big projects at work and have been working on my calendar (it's always nice that my vacation days renew on my anniversary date each year, which happens to be right after thanksgiving). We also have been planning our office holiday parties, which is exciting.

Amidst all the hustle and bustle, though, is one monumental fact... This is Jett's first holiday season! So many firsts are coming up... First Thanksgiving, first Christmas tree, first Christmas, first NYE, and, shortly after, first birthday! And a million little firsts in between all of those things! It's going to be a whirlwind month and a half, so I suppose we should just hold on tight and enjoy the ride! And take lots of pictures, of course. :)
