Greetings, y'all! I'm trying to get back in the swing of things after a wonderful weekend with my in-laws! We had a blast running around Tulsa and celebrating birthdays with family!
We finally made it to El Guapo's in the Blue Dome District (Well, we had been there one time before, but it was soooooo long ago, it doesn't count. LOL)! It was delicious and fun! Then again, Jett never turns down a cheese quesadilla, and his mommy and daddy never turn down margaritas with chips and salsa - What can I say? We're easy to please!
So yes, getting back in the swing of things... I've shopped for groceries and done a couple loads of laundry - Now if I can just keep up this momentum. :)
I wanted to make sure and post a DALS recipe I made a few weeks ago - Baked Chicken in Creamy Tomato Sauce. It's fairly simple, and very good!
