Momma DannyJo: Staycation 2: Fun with Aunt Linny

We had so much fun when Aunt Linny came to visit earlier this summer! Can't you just see it on Jett's face?! FUN! :)

Here are some of the highlights...

And of course, we had to exercise our culinary muscles! This may not look great (I did actually TRY to make it look all foodie-like with my dollops of avocado puree, but I'm not so sure that 'food styling' will ever be part of my job description, haha!), but it was SO good. One of our favorite lunch finds was Wolfgang Puck, which was actually a happy accident after the local spot we wanted to try was closed. But OMG - everything we had was DELICIOUS! GO!

The chicken sandwich that Jett and I shared was fabulous. And the garlic parmesan fries? Um, can't go wrong there!

We spent one morning exploring Utica Square, and stopped into Pottery Barn Kids for their fun storytime!

Everyone loved Utica Square... Storytime, shopping, eating, coffee drinking, OH MY!

We chose Stonehorse Cafe for our lunch spot at Utica Square, and we were so happy we did! While many items on the menu are a little out of my budget, the three of us split a salad and pizza, and my bill was just over $10 before tip! And it was quite yummy!
